Introduction

The online gambling industry is extremely competitive and online casinos can offer incredible incentives to register with them.  Today we'll be looking at casinos that give you free credit for joining - without them requiring you to deposit any money.

This opportunity is available to persons over 18 years old in some countries and over 21 in others.  Since 2006 there have been restrictions on Americans using casinos online and although some casinos will now ban US citizens, others either allow them, or provide alternate ways of adding credit to your account that are not blocked by US regulations.

I decided to begin testing free casinos last month.  I was quite enthusiastic about them despite the fact that I don't really enjoy playing casino games.  I'm hoping to give you an overview as to how I went about registering for these free casino bonuses and why this opportunity is not as simple or as profitable as people might expect.

After investing about 10 hours I made a total profit of about $25 which didn't justify my time.  I'm sure other people may make more than this, and others will make nothing at all.  I think this is a great opportunity for people who enjoy playing casino games but I seriously doubt that it could be developed into anything more than a fun hobby.

Please note that this report is NOT about how gambling techniques as I certainly don't encourage that as a way of making money.

A Warning Before We Begin

Always keep in mind that online casinos are experts in marketing.  They will do everything they can to encourage you to deposit your own money and it's extremely important not to get yourself sucked in.  I do this by making sure my credit card is well away from me when I register with these casinos and I refuse ever to make payments, no matter how appealing the opportunity might be.

If you worry about staying disciplined then stay away from online casinos.  More people will lose from them than will win - that's how casinos work.  I'm deliberately not going to discuss how to fund casino accounts for that very reason.

Be aware that there will always be big restrictions on any free money that a casino will give you.  Don't for a second think that you can register online, be given your free credits, double it in roulette and then cash them out to your bank.  I'll give you examples of these terms now.
